  • What is your Cancellation or Refund Policy?
    We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 5 days prior. If advance notice is given, you are eligible for a full refund or you can transfer your seat(s) to a future event. If you opt to transfer your seat(s) to the future, don't worry - it won't expire, however, if there is an increase in prices or change due to the type of menu or event, understandably, you will have to pay the difference to secure your seat. As we are a small, custom experience, we purchase all our products fresh- specifically for event - just for you, therefore, no shows or late cancellations after the required notice period of 5 days, will be subject to a nonrefundable fee per person before the remaining funds are returned or the amount applied towards the next event. We will not have sufficient time to advertise to guarantee we could fill your spot without the required notice. As an idea, if you are the ticket holder(s) who can't attend, consider giving your seats away to someone who would have liked to attend the event but couldn't. This can be rewarding for all involved. Nothing says community, and sharing more that spreading joy, which is what we are all about! On occasion, we may have a waitlist that we can also try to resell your tickets for you. Often times however, the cancellation is only for one person, but we may have a group of two or three that would like to attend together, so one ticket coming up may not be easy for us to fill. We will try our best, but can not commit to finding someone or facilitating the process as leading up to the event, our hands are full (literally :). We can try to help but please consider the options above as your first choice. Please note: Refunds will be processed using the same name of the person who made the payment. We will not transfer funds to a third party to ensure the safety of your successful return of funds. We reserve the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be offered a full refund or the first option to be included at our next event. We hope none of this ever applies, but in the event that it does, please read carefully so you understand your options. Please also see our policy on when refunds don't apply.
  • What is the dress code?
    It’s our home, so there’s no need to dress super fancy—we want you to feel completely comfortable! Some guests like to dress up a little, and that’s absolutely fine. Depending on the theme or my mood, I might get a little dressed up too! Think of it this way: you’re coming to enjoy great food, meet new people, and make new friends. Show up in whatever makes you feel your best and represents you. This is a safe and welcoming space. We’ll also share photos from past events from time to time, so you can get a feel for the vibe!
  • Will Any Videos or Photos be taken of me at the Event?
    Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. To help spread the word about our events, we love capturing photos and videos—nothing showcases the experience better! With this in mind, we reserve the right to photograph and record events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in our promotional materials without compensation. That said, if you have any concerns, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We hope you love the experience and want to help us share it! Photos and videos will be taken tastefully and minimally—our focus is always on creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere while also ensuring the event continues to grow, thrive, and bring more like-minded people into our tribe.
  • Will you have drinks or additional items on sale?
    This event is at our home, so we don't maintain any drink list for purchase. Instead we invite you to bring your own drink(s) of choice to accompany your meal! There is no corkage fee, and in keeping with our relaxed atmosphere, you’re welcome to pour and refill at your own discretion while we focus on delivering a wonderful dining experience. We do offer seasonal teas, complimentary water, and, depending on the theme, occasionally a welcome drink! We may have other items for purchase at the event related to any guest speakers, or themes - if you have ideas for anything in particular that maybe useful to include, please let us know!
  • I want to customize the menu, can I?
    For our Supper Clubs, we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences with advance notice of at least 7 days. Our registration form will include a section for allergies and special requests. However, if your request goes beyond what we can manage for our standard group size, we recommend our semi-private Supper Club option. This allows us to create a more customized experience while still dining together—without the limitations of a larger gathering.
  • I don’t live in Barbados can I still take part in your classes?
    Yes we are working on an online version, contact us to let us know your interest and we can send you the details!
  • How do I provide feedback on our experience at the Supper Club?
    Our standard is based on continuous improvement, so I would love to hear your thoughts. After each supper club event, a survey will be sent so we can gather your input. If you would like to offer any feedback outside of this - email me at info@leandrajones.com
  • How do you handle an inappropriate guest?
    We truly hope this never becomes necessary, but it’s important to have policies in place to ensure the best experience for all guests. Respect is key—everyone is expected to be courteous during all events. Any behavior deemed inappropriate will result in an immediate request to leave, without a refund. This is a safe space, and we are committed to maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
  • What is seating like?
    It depends on the event, but here’s some insight! Most of the time, in keeping with a warm and inviting atmosphere of a home, we embrace family-style dining—often gathered around the very table we dine at ourselves. Our guests love it! This table is particularly special to us. Crafted from a Barbadian Mahogany tree that naturally fell, it was beautifully designed by a local artisan, and we treasure it dearly. We do our best to maintain it while welcoming others to share in its history. We also have additional seating that we love and use from time to time, depending on the occasion. While we do our best to seat guests who book together next to each other, please keep in mind that this is our home, not a restaurant with separate tables. You’ll likely have someone new sitting beside or across from you—but that’s exactly what makes these gatherings special! This experience is about meeting and connecting with new people. Let’s embrace it, share stories, and break bread together!
  • What is on the menu?
    Good Question! When you’re invited to someone’s home for dinner, you rarely know exactly what will be served—you simply come ready to enjoy the experience, the company, and whatever delicious meal is prepared. That’s the spirit of our supper club. The menu remains a surprise because we embrace flexibility, sourcing the freshest ingredients and allowing our talented chefs to craft a meal that unfolds organically. But more than that, this gathering is about connection, conversation, and the joy of shared experiences. While we hope you love every bite, taste is personal, and the food, though prepared with care and expertise, is simply one part of the evening, not the sole focus. That said, we do provide a theme for each supper club, giving you a general sense of what to expect. If there’s a particular cuisine you’re not fond of, this can help you decide if a given night is for you. However, our menus are usually quite diverse, so varying taste can enjoy each event. Though the meal itself is a surprise, we take allergies and dietary preferences seriously. We ask detailed questions in advance to ensure these are accommodated in the meal prep, so you can dine with ease. Not knowing the full menu adds to the adventure, inviting you to come with an open mind—ready to explore not just the flavors but also the company around you. So bring a bottle, settle in, and enjoy a night where great food is just the beginning.

    As this is a private supper club hosted in a home rather than a public venue, we only share the location with confirmed guests to keep the experience intimate and personal. Just like the menu, the location is revealed when the time is right—adding to the adventure and making the experience even more special. In true Caribbean spirit, think of it like an exclusive fête, where the anticipation of discovering the location is part of the magic.     Yes we do, however from time to time we are out of stock, so best to book in advance, contact us and we can secure your gift, or create a gift basket for you!
